Neurodivergent counselling for adults in cheltenham

Hi my name is Katie...I offer neurodivergent counselling for adults in cheltenham and online

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor with full membership to National Counselling and Psychotherapy society.

Whether you're processing past experiences, managing anxiety, exploring neurodivergence, struggling with self-esteem, or navigating relationships, I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself.

Counselling Services

My standard session fee is £55,

I believe therapy should be accessible to all, so please reach out to discuss flexible options if cost is a barrier to therapy for you.

Individual Therapy

A space that is yours. One-to-one counselling where we can slow things down, explore what’s happening for you, and make sense of the thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be affecting your life.

I offer face-to-face sessions in a quiet, comfortable venue in Cheltenham with free parking, as well as online sessions for those who prefer to work from home or need greater flexibility.

Neurodivergent Support - ADHD, Autism & AuDHD

Specialised therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals, focusing on inherent strengths.

Together, we will build a deeper understanding of how your brain works, celebrate your unique strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more confident, empowered, and able to thrive as your authentic self.

Therapeutic Parenting - £65

Therapeutic parenting sessions provide a non-judgemental space for parents and carers to better understand their child's emotional and behavioural needs. Rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches, these sessions recognise that behaviour is a form of communication and explore what may be driving a child's responses.

Student Counselling

Reduced rates for individuals who are required to complete a set number of personal therapy hours as part of their training.

Meet your therapist

Finding the right therapist matters. You don't need to fit a particular mould to work with me; what matters is that you feel a connection with my approach and the way I work. If something here resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm a qualified integrative counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a degree in Communications and Psychology, and a qualification as a Behaviour Practitioner. I bring over 17 years' experience working with children, young people, adults, parents, and families across education, fostering, and mental health services.

I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent people, informed by both my professional and lived experience. My work with families has also given me a strong understanding of attachment, trauma, behaviour, and the different ways children and families may need to be supported.

My approach is warm, curious, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. More than anything, I'm passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their own skin, move away from shame and self-doubt, and develop greater self-understanding, confidence and self-belief.

I am fully insured and undertake regular professional supervision and ongoing professional development, ensuring my practice remains ethical, effective and centred on your best interests.
